🛡️ Privacy controls ضوابط الخصوصية
- Encrypted at rest — face embeddings stored with AES-256; raw images never persisted to disk.
- Never shared with 3rd parties — no analytics SDK, no cloud vendor lock-in, no cross-tenant access.
- 90-day retention — embeddings auto-purged after 90 days; verification logs purged after 180 days.
- Per-child opt-in required — each enrolled guardian must explicitly link each child; consent recorded per pair.
- Easy parent revocation — guardians can wipe their face data instantly from the parent app, no admin approval needed.
- Audited access logs — every admin view or export is logged with user, IP, and timestamp.

Face recognition is provided as an optional safety convenience at school dismissal. Abbjad does not require its use and the school may operate normally without ever enabling it. Guardians retain full control over their face data and may revoke at any time. The system follows Oman data-protection principles and the school's own privacy policy.

خدمة التعرف على الوجه اختيارية وتُستخدم لتسهيل تسليم الطلاب عند بوابة المدرسة فقط. لا تشترط أبجد ERP تفعيلها، ويمكن للمدرسة العمل بشكل طبيعي بدونها. يحتفظ أولياء الأمور بالسيطرة الكاملة على بيانات الوجه ويمكنهم سحب الموافقة في أي وقت. يلتزم النظام بمبادئ حماية البيانات في سلطنة عُمان وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالمدرسة.
